Return Policy

What is your defective return policy?
Defective products are subject to an investigation followed by either a solution to the problem, a return of the product and/or a replacement product. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt if there is a problem with your order. ATVenture takes every issue very seriously and will do what it can to resolve the problem in a time efficient manner. A RNC number will be issued to you during the investigation process.

What is your non-defective return policy?
Non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Before any returns are sent, the sales manager of ATVenture must provide a written authorization and a RAN# (return authorization number) will be issued. The accessories must be securely repackaged in the original packaging and the RAN# must be clearly written on the outside of the box.

How much is shipping?
All shipping to the Continental United States is FREE. Call for rates on AK, HI, PR, and other territories of the USA.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
In approximate BUSINESS days, not including handling time:
4-5 days: DE, NJ, NY, VT
5-6 days: CT, IL, IN, KY, ME, MD, MA, MI, NH, NC, OH, PA, RI, SC, VA, WV
6-7 days: AL, GA, IA, MN, MO, TN, MI, WI
7-8 days: AR, CO, FL, KS, LA, MS, NE, ND, OK, SD, TX
8-9 days: AZ, CA, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, TX, UT, WA, WY

Does this shipping time include the handling time?
Not necessarily. These times begin on the day the order is shipped. Many times the orders go out on the same day, sometimes a day later, and sometimes they are backordered.

Why would anything be backordered if you say that you have 5 in stock in the Store?
We try our best to keep up with the demand of our products. Our website is not the only place that we sell our products. Sometimes we get orders from dealers that take up our whole inventory for that product. This is when we have to manufacture more items to fill the demand.

Can you ship to a PO Box?
No. We ship via UPS Ground delivery and they require a shipping address. If your shipping address is a PO Box (For example: RR2, Box 5), then please give directions to your address, your correct phone number, and your correct email address. All of this information will be provided to UPS in case there is a problem finding your location. No exceptions.

Do you combine shipping?
Yes. We combine as many items as possible into one box for your convenience.

Why do you require my phone number?
We need your phone number to put in the UPS system for shipping. This is in case there is a problem with your address, or no one was there when a delivery attempt was made, etc.

Customer Base

You are in Canada so why can't you sell to Canadians?
ATVenture Components has a special distribution deal with Importations Thibault (ITL) which makes us unable to sell directly to Canadians. Please contact ITL at 1-819-569-6212 for more information on your nearest dealer that can order our products. Note: In Canada, our products are listed under the name “Yeti”, not Bison.

Do you ship internationally?
We can only ship to the USA. However, we currently have two international distributors in place www.kingofatv.com and www.allright.fi. We are looking forward to working with several other international distributors in the near future.

Do you sell directly to businesses?
Yes. We sell to Motorsport dealers all over the US. Click here to fill out the form to become a “Bison Dealer”. After which you need to fax us (1-888-789-0987) a copy of a vendor invoice proving that you are a Motorsport dealer. You will then have access to dealer discounts, no minimum orders, free shipping, free drop shipping, and on-going service.

Order / Payment Information

Can I track my order?
Yes. At the top of the Store page, click on “Customer Service”. Enter your confirmation number and you will see the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, the UPS Tracking # will be applied and you will receive an email stating that the status of your order has been upgraded. Once you retrieve your UPS Tracking number, you can track your package online at: www.ups.com or call toll free: 1-800 PICK-UPS or 1-800-742-5877.

What forms of payment does ATVenture accept?
We recommend PayPal, however, we do accept MasterCard, VISA, and American Express as well.

Is online credit card usage safe?
Yes. Any information that you provide us is received by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your information is encrypted and protected from unauthorized use.

By registering as a customer during the order process, you give us permission to store your contact and credit card information in encrypted form for future use.

Sales Tax
Residents in some states may be subjected to sales tax but that would be calculated at delivery.

As a Bison Dealer, how can my company order with the dealer discounts?
Click here to fill out the Bison Dealer order form. If you are already an established Bison dealer (All payment info has been received), we will then contact you for payment information (unless it was previously given to us) and/or confirmation of the order after the order is received.

Are the prices the same whether we order online or on over the phone?
Yes. The price is the same for all orders on the website, on eBay, or over the phone. The only exception would be the Bison dealer discounts. Those are not listed anywhere online.

Do you send out order confirmations?
Yes, we do. Once your order is submitted, you will get an email with all the details of your order. Note: Please ensure that you give us your correct email address.

Product Information

Will your products fit a modified ATV or UTV?
ATVenture Components products are designed to fit on a non-modified stock ATV or UTV. We cannot guarantee that our products will fit on a:
Damaged UTV or ATV
Modified UTV or ATV
Year (Other than specified)
Model (Other than specified)

But what about winches?
Our front bumpers do not have the mounting brackets for winches but they do allow for someone to install a winch before or after the bumper is installed with no problems.

There is nothing listed for my ATV. Do you have anything for me?
We only have bumpers and accessories for what is listed and in the years that are listed. However, you can put in a request for us to design and manufacture accessories for your ATV. If there is a demand for them then you can be certain we will look into it. Contact us with your product requests.

Can I order a catalog?
We are currently updating our catalog for 2009. You can view the 2008 Catalog here. Please be aware that there are new products as well as updated years and information for enduring products that are not listed in the 2008 Catalog.
