Terms and Conditions

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to orders made from the United States of America unless otherwise specified.

Monday to Friday to 7:00 am to 4:00 pm eastern time, feel free to either contact us during these business hours, or leave a message after hours or send us an email.

Shipping Damages and Claims
Do not sign for a package that has been damaged in transit.
The carrier is responsible of all claims. The client must always inspect the condition of the merchandise in the presence of the carrier. ATVenture will make every effort to pack shipments securely. Please contact the shipping company when an item has been determined to be damaged due to carrier negligence.

Non Defective Return Policy
Non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All shipping must be pre-paid and returned to:

**NOTE: Before any returns are sent, the sales manager of ATVenture must provide a written authorization and a RAN # (return authorization number) will be issued. The accessories or parts must be securely re-packed with the original packaging. The RAN# must be clearly written on the outside of the box.

Please retain your tracking number.   No credit will be issued for merchandise not received by us or received in damaged condition. Loss of or damage to return shipments are the responsibility of the sender. You may wish to insure your return shipment against loss or damages.

Items Not Covered in the Defective Return Policy
Product or equipment that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident; product or equipment that has been subjected to addition, modification, alteration, repair, or part substitution. Products or equipment that are not installed in conformity with the layout plan and / or installation instructions provided by ATVenture Components Inc.

ATVenture Components Inc products are designed to fit on an unmodified stock ATV or UTV.

ATVenture Components cannot guarantee that its products will fit on a:

1. Damaged UTV or ATV
Example: attachment points or frame have been damaged and will not allow ATVenture Components products to be installed.

2. Modified UTV or ATV
Example: Front rack removed, or aftermarket snorkel system.  

3. Year (Other then specified)
Example: Front bumper for a 2003-2008 Honda Rincon cannot be guaranteed to fit on a 1999 Honda Rincon

4. Model (Other then specified)
Example: Front bumper for a 2003-2008 Honda Rincon cannot be guaranteed to fit on a 2005-2009 Suzuki King Quad

Liability
The purchaser of any product releases ATVenture from all liabilities pertaining to the use of those parts. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration or modification to any machine may increase the risk of injury, accident or even death.
